1. Order Cancellation

Cancellation by www.giftbazzar.in:

  • Please note that there are some orders that we cannot accept. Hence, they will get cancelled from our side.
  • We reserve all the rights to cancel the order for any reason. Like under any foreseen circumstances that may come in the way of your order, that may be limitations on quantity available for purchase and pricing information.
  • We may also require information before accepting your order. We will contact you if your order gets cancelled OR any information is required to accept/fulfill your order.
  • In case of perishable or customized items. If the address is incorrect OR the recipient is unavailable, we will not deliver it again as the items are unusable. No refunds are possible in such cases.

Cancellation by customer:

  • If your order gets cancelled after making payment from your side, the amount will be credited back to you after deducting 10% from your total order amount as a processing fee within 7-10 business working days.
  • We reserve all the rights to not refund your amount, when you cancel your order after starting your work OR your order is delivered/dispatched because it will be unusable for anyone.

  • As all our products are personalized and ordered for any special occasion, we start your work within a few hours of receiving your order so you can get it on time.

2. Personalized and Customized Products

  • Due to the nature of customized gifts, which are specifically personalized or tailored to your specifications, refunds are generally not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.
  • We take great care to ensure the quality and accuracy of the customization process. However, if the customized gift you receive is defective or damaged, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement, subject to the conditions outlined below.

3. Reporting Defective or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, please notify us within 24 hrs. from the date of delivery. Any notification received after this timeframe may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
  • To report a defective or damaged product, please share the 360-degree opening video of the parcel (Video should not be cropped, edited or in parts) and send it to our customer support team and provide detailed information about the issue to support your claim.

4. Evaluation and Resolution

  • Once we receive your report of a defective or damaged product, we will evaluate the information provided and may request additional details or evidence, such as photographs & Videos, to assess the issue.
  • We reserve all the rights to determine, at our sole discretion, whether a product is defective or damaged.
  • If the defect or damage is verified, we will offer one of the following options:
    • Replacement: We will provide a replacement of the same or similar product without any additional cost.
    • Refund: We will issue a refund for the defective or damaged product, including any applicable shipping fees paid.

5. Return of Defective or Damaged Products

  • In some cases, we may require the return of the defective or damaged product before issuing a replacement or refund.
  • If a return is necessary, we will provide you all the instructions on how to return the product. You will be responsible for packaging and shipping the product back to us in its original or suitable packaging.
  • Upon receiving the returned product, we will proceed with the agreed resolution (replacement or refund).

6. Non-Defective or Non-Damaged Products

  • Refunds are not provided for non-defective or non-damaged customized gifts, as they are created according to your specifications and cannot be resold.
  • We encourage you to carefully review and confirm the customization details before placing your order to ensure accuracy.

7. Processing Time for Refunds

  • Once the resolution (replacement or refund) has been agreed upon, we will process the refund or arrange for the replacement within a reasonable timeframe.
  • The refund will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that the processing time for refunds may vary depending on your payment provider.

8. Changes to the Refund Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting the revised policy on the Website.
